Woke up at 8:30a
totally groggy and out of it. My body and brain just want to stay in bed, and I’m terribly hungry.
2 eggs, 1/4 c egg whites, orange and yellow pepper (1/4 of each)
Coffee, sf hazelnut syrup
No lunch. Out at the battleship all day.
Date night at the Reel Cafe in Wilmington.
4 unsweet iced teas, 2 splenda 2 raw sugar
Small salad w/ vinegar dressing
calamari split with the hubby
Grilled shrimp and bacon with grits in a spicy sherry sauce
Snack: 1/2 c fresh cantaloupe
More diarrhea. it’s dark and watery. No matter what I’m eating, I’m shitting my brains out. At least this I just got it out and now I feel better. Before, I felt crappy for the rest of the night. Now just some tea and relaxing with the hubby.
